The group is serene and folksy, with melodic vocals soaring over the lower string instrumentals. Sturtz released their second studio album Hyacinth in September 2024, and they're excited to be out touring on this album now. When they’re not playing music, you’ll probably find them milling flour, gardening, roasting coffee, or honing in their photography skills.

Katherine Paterson - Katherine Paterson is an award-winning singer/songwriter based in Dallas, TX. She writes indie-folk music to keep you company. Her debut album, Wake, is available on all streaming platforms. Paterson started writing songs as gifts. She wrote one of her first songs from the journal entries of a cross-country road trip with a friend. Out of this song grew a passion for writing songs for far-flung companions. This transformed into writing songs as companions for all kinds of life moments. After moving to Dallas in 2020, Paterson began performing solo and with her band Doggerland.
